Feedback and discussion
Products may be returned or exchanged, provided they have not been worn, with their labels and, if possible, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the order. To do this, simply return the item(s) directly to the address below.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please ensure that returned products are well packaged to avoid any risk of damage.
We encourage you to return items using a parcel tracking service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel during its return.
Refunds are usually made within 5-7 working days of receipt of returns.
Regarding exchanges, once your item has been receivedwe will check that it is in good condition and send you the new item.
Products on sale or promotion are neither returned nor exchanged.

Please note that items on promotion, sale or from our archives are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they have a manufacturing defect. Accessories, such as socks and water bottles, are also not eligible for exchange or return.
